Level Up Workshops was created with a simple yet powerful purpose: to bring real-world education into classrooms and communities where students can benefit from practical knowledge, mentorship, and inspiration.
Traditional education provides the academic foundation students need, but many young people never receive guidance on critical life skills such as leadership, entrepreneurship, financial responsibility, or personal development.
Level Up Workshops aims to complement traditional education by introducing these essential topics in ways that are engaging, relatable, and empowering.
Through our programs, students gain exposure to ideas and opportunities that can shape the direction of their future.

FOUNDER BIO
Rosaki Hilt
Rosaki Hilt is an entrepreneur, speaker, and advocate for youth empowerment whose life journey reflects the very lessons he now shares with students across the country.
Growing up in the foster care system, Rosaki faced many of the challenges that young people experience when they lack consistent guidance and opportunity. Like many students today, he often struggled to see what his future could look like or what path he was meant to follow.
Despite these obstacles, Rosaki became deeply committed to personal growth and learning. Through mentorship, determination, and an unwavering belief that circumstances do not define destiny, he began building businesses and organizations focused on creating opportunity for others.
Over time, Rosaki went on to build multiple companies and initiatives dedicated to entrepreneurship, leadership development, and economic empowerment. His work has focused on helping individuals develop the skills and mindset needed to succeed in a rapidly changing world.
Level Up Workshops was born from Rosaki’s belief that the knowledge that transforms lives should not be limited to a select few.
It should be accessible to every student.
Today, Rosaki travels to schools and communities sharing lessons about leadership, resilience, entrepreneurship, and personal growth. His mission is to help students realize that no matter where they start in life, their future can be shaped by the choices they make and the mindset they develop.
Through Level Up Workshops, Rosaki and his team are working to ensure that the next generation has access to the knowledge, encouragement, and inspiration needed to build meaningful lives and contribute positively to the world around them.

William Miller
William Miller is an inspiring 11-year-old motivational speaker and youth workshop presenter who has already shared his message with students and audiences across the United States. Known for his confidence, energy, and powerful perspective, William encourages young people to believe in themselves, overcome challenges, and pursue their goals with determination.
William has spoken at schools, youth events, and leadership workshops nationwide, inspiring students to develop leadership skills, resilience, and a growth mindset at an early age. His impact and voice have earned national recognition, including being featured in TIME for Kids for his influence as a young leader.
Through Level Up Workshops, William connects with students in a way that is authentic and relatable, proving that leadership and impact are not defined by age. His mission is to empower his generation to think bigger, lead with courage, and become the changemakers of tomorrow.

Montae Harris is the founder of QMO Enterprises and the creator and co-host of the QMO Podcast, recognized as one of Arizona’s largest storytelling podcasts. With a degree in Journalism and more than a decade of experience in media, communications, and relationship-building, Montae has built a powerful platform dedicated to authentic storytelling and meaningful connections between people, businesses, and communities.
Through QMO Enterprises and the QMO Podcast, Montae has interviewed entrepreneurs, innovators, and leaders across Arizona, helping share the real stories behind their success. His work focuses on highlighting journeys of perseverance, growth, and impact while helping businesses gain exposure and strengthen their presence within the community.
Montae also plays an important role in supporting the mission behind Level Up Workshops, a program focused on helping students develop real-world skills such as leadership, goal setting, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and communication.
